Amber is a White Milking Shorthorn that we recently purchased from the East Hill Farm in Troy, NH. She is still pretty young, though she has had a calf and is currently milking.

She’s not a very big cow, but she’s still growing. She has been very loud in the barn since we acquired her. One reason might be that she was around people almost all the time at her old farm. Now if you’re in the barn, but not near her she’ll scream. If you’re near her, she’s quiet and content.

From what I know, White Milking Shorthorns are pretty rare. She is a registered animal.
